Fairly easy and the HR team get back to you very quickly on any questions you have or scheduling interviews.
This was my second time interviewing with Hubspot. Both times I reached the final stage and talked with hiring manager etc
I don't understand their style. They gave me good feedback, mentioned my technical assessment was "very impressive" and overall had a really good interview and conversation. However I've been rejected both times with feedback saying "decided to go with a candidate with more experience", which isn't feedback. Plus I got the same 'feedback' twice so they must say it to everyone.
From some of the reviews here I get the impression they prefer to hire referrals. I wish I listened to that advice before interviewing again.
They refused to answer my question related to salary. They then bring you through all the different stages of the interview( if you're successful) and even though I made it to the final stage, to this day I still do not know what the salary was for that job.
My advice is to get a referral if possible.
