Made it to the initial screening thanks for a referral. It seems HubSpot really does value referrals from other employees. In the screening with the recruiter they focused on lookin for domain expertise and seeing if I had experience working on big teams with multiple designers and engineers.

Solid overall interview, team was super friendly and the recruiter was incredibly helpful. No real problems throughout the process. If anything id maybe call out that the case study (asking for elaboration of past experience) felt a bit long.
