Interview
First round was with the recruiter which was pretty straightforward. She passed me along to the next round which was a Mock Discovery Role Play with a Hiring Manager (not one that you will be actually working with - weird). You need to prep well for the mock discovery and make sure you follow their sales methodology. They require you to do a self assessment after the role play is finished. Although I felt like the role play and self assessment went well, I got completely ghosted by the recruiter AND the hiring manager, even after sending them both a note. Extremely unprofessional - at least have the decency to send some sort of update after all of the hours/days of effort candidates are putting into these interviews.
Very structured. Recruiter will tell you exactly what the next round is about and what they are looking for.
