Recruiter screen - then
A) behaviour qs + mock cold calling
B) behaviour qs + mock disco (continues from cold call)
C) behaviour qs
Very transparent interview process, give you tonnes of materials to prepare for each conversation. If you feel unprepared theres not really any excuse as they basically tell you all the qs you'll be asked. Big on STAR format so get 10 or so stories down you can apply to different questions
My recruiter was Ali from sydney - did a great job checking in at every stage and offering any additional help I needed
