HubSpot Senior Account Executive - UKI interview questions

The process was very slick and moved quickly from stage to stage, but the interviews themselves felt very old fashioned and rigid, which surprised me. The format was very linear and less focussed on personality fit: Question > Answer Question > Answer Question > Answer It was clear that they were reading a list of pre-written questions from a sheet. Culture fit was really important for me here and I didn't feel like the company reviews in that department were reflected well in the interview process. Whilst I didn't get the job offer in the end anyway, I did find that the 2 interviews I did have definitely made me far less excited about the possibility of working there and the people I'd be working with.
