I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hubbard Broadcasting
Interview
It was fairly brief - I came in once for an interview after an initial phone interview. I met with two managers to discuss their news product, and how I could help drive web traffic. They asked multiple questions about my previous newsroom - how we covered breaking news, and the social media platforms we used. There was also a lot of emphasis on the station's brand and maintaining branding across platforms.
