Proceso algo largo pero muy calido y acogedor. Conversaciones bastantes naturales, pero si es verdad que a medida que avanzas se complica un poco mas con presentaciones de casos. Empresa con ambiente internacional y flexible pero con objetivos ambiciosos.

Interview
This was actually my first interview where I didn't already personally know the person who was interviewing me, so I was pretty nervous and not sure what to expect. Their communication was top notch and I felt like there were clear expectations regarding the process. Everyone on the interviews were personable and easy to talk to. The first round was an interview with the manager of the specific sales team and the second round was a project where I presented a sales pitch to a team.

Interview
You'll have an initial screening over the phone with a recruiter after applying. I applied for a different role, but they reached out regarding a position they thought would fit my background better. After the initial interview, I had a video interview with a manager and after was asked to complete a sales project. After I was invited to do an office visit and a final panel interview with 3 managers (including the one from the video call) where they reviewed my resume, asked more job specific questions, and had me present my project.
