Met with a recruiter for a phone screen. She was reading typical behavior questions one after the other. After that I met with the hiring manager, who seemed very disinterested and rescheduled my interview twice. She was looking down at her phone and seemed like she didn’t want to be interviewing me. I was not provided any feedback or communication after, which is fine because I knew it wasn’t a good fit after I met with the hiring manager.
