Candidates whom had acting experience were the only candidates interviewed. The Credit Union did not value outside experience or degrees in this process. I had knowledge of the candidates in the pool through other sources and some held acting roles for only a week. 1 week of acting experience isn't even enough time to guage if they are doing well to dismiss a candidate from a pool.
