There were 3 panelists in the interview. One panelist arrived nearly 15 minutes late. The two other panelists didn’t say much of anything during the wait. There was very little feedback and the overall feel of the interview was very awkward. They seemed new and/or very unsure of the process. The panelist that arrived late took the lead with asking standard interview/behavioral questions. When I asked questions at the end, the lead panelist seemed disinterested and the other two had nothing to add. Stated I would hear from them the following week with an update. Due to the unprofessionalism displayed in the interview, I opted to withdraw all applications. If the interview process for a potential candidate was in disarray, I can’t imagine it’s any better once onboarded. Very unfortunate as this was a top employer for me prior to this experience.
