The interview process took about 3 month. First interview was with an electrical engineer at the university. The interview was mainly introducing myself,my classes and projects at school along with a simple recursion problem. Almost a month later I got a email saying that they want me to do on-site interview for a entry level database admin during spring break but I had to push it due to schedule conflict. It is interesting that they just want me to interview a completely different position without explaining me the reason. The on-site interview is a lot more time-intensive which consisting of 5 back to back interviews with the technicians and engineers from different departments including the CEO of the company at the end. During the interview they told me there are infrastructure technician, system engineer and the database admin positions open for me to choose. I was totally off guard and had never met such situation. The interview questions are quite easy. They promised me an update on the final decision but it never came..... :(
