I applied through career fair at my university. Got a call to schedule telephonic interview first. Telephonic interview was basic and a few technical java questions were asked. I was called onsite for their college day. Had 4 back to back interviews with a lot of technical questions related to java, sql, networking etc. Had lunch and then was sent back.

It was very casual. They have asked basic questions, mainly on Java and SQL. They have asked behavioral questions too. It should be easy to crack the interview with minimal preparation
