Huitt-Zollars Project Engineer interview questions

Interview was set up only via e-mail through company HR. Showed up a few minutes early and was greeted after ringing a bell at front desk. An employee said they would fetch the interviewer, but they never returned and when the interviewer did show up, they said had not been contacted. Interview was scheduled for 1 hour but lasted approximately 25-minutes due to being booked over an internal meeting. Interviewer heavily implied they were not looking to grow the team at all, so I am not sure why I was brought in. I was told by the interviewer that I would not last a year at the company if I were commuting. I was told I would hear back in a few days, and received a rejection note less than 24 hours later.
