Interview
I had a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by another phone interview with the head of the department and two onsite peer interviews. Everyone was very polite and open about their job and the challenges for the department. I had the feeling during the peer interview that there were other candidates closer to obtaining the job than I was, most likely due to previous experience in a similar job.

Five different interviews, including peer evaluation, phone conversations with HR and with veteran managers/directors. I was in the middle of other process and they committed to give me an answer asap, but took them longer than what they had initially announced.

They really insisted on why I wanted the job, making pretty clear that CPM contains a lot of administrative tasks. Not a great sales picth for their own position. They tried to make it very clear that Hulu is a really cool company, though.
