      CORP Interview

      Jun 15, 2012
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Hulu (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2012

      Interview

pretty horrible interview experience. hulu is incredibly slow and really bad at getting back to people. i waited 2-3 weeks after my first 2 interviews to hear back and they never called or emailed me. so i contacted HR and they set up more interviews for like 1-2 weeks later. and again i had to wait and contact HR again. and they set up more interviews again for like a week later. and wait again. contact HR again. and then they wanted to fly me into their office last minute. and they said theyd have a decision for me by a certain date. HR called and said the team loved me. set up ANOTHER interview, said they'd call right after, but never did. the team called the day they said they would, and said they were still interviewing and wouldnt have a decision until a week later. a week passed and i heard nothing from them. contacted HR, they said they'd get back to me and never did. contacted HR again. contacted someone from the team directly. a few days later, that person called me saying they had changed the role of the position i applied for so i wasnt a good fit anymore. wow seriously?? they have no consideration of other people. first, for being so slow. second, for making their candidates have to continuously follow up with them. and third, for changing their job positions that people had spent 11 weeks interviewing for. i dont think they'd be worth working for even if i did get the job. they make it seem like a great place to work but theyre really inconsiderate.
