Interview
I applied for the job on the company's website. I was scheduled for a phone screen within a week. A phone interview with the hiring manager was completed by the following week. I was invited for an onsite interview which included an assessment test and few 1:1 interviews.
Overall I would've given the experience a positive one - but the recruiting team failed to deliver the update on time. It was disappointing because I followed up on a timely manner via email with no response. The final decision was delivered to me via an email alias - not a real person. It would've been nice to get at least a phone call from someone given all the hours myself and the interviewers have contributed.

Interview
The recruiter talks at you for 5 minutes before pushing you to the product team manager. The product team manager then takes a very interrogatory interview style, asking pie in the sky questions that only people who subscribe to how he has learned marketing can relate to. It was very clear this company isn't a fit for people who don't function as machines within their system.

Interview
Phone interview. They expect you to really know a lot about the company. I was really nervous so that's probably why I didn't get it. The lady who interviewed me was nice and pleasant, and really expanded on her answers when I asked her why she chose to work at Hulu. Very informative and I appreciated the opportunity.
