Why waste time contacting references if you have no intentions of hiring? Waste of time especially if you have to travel to all the interviews( 2 in person). Very shady way of operating. I was told there would be 1 in person, there ended up being 2. I was told the process would be quick, ended up taking a month and wasted my time. Very poor poor process.

I would say the actual interview was pretty professional, but the follow ups after were not. After the in-person interview I was notified the hiring manager would follow up with a result, but never heard back.
