Interview
30 min phone screening with recruiter, followed by a 30 min phone interview with the position's hiring manager. 3rd round was an 2.5 hour interview with the entire team. The time was divided into 30 min sections, so I met with 1-2 team members at a time. Finally, I was asked to put together a brief project proposal based on a prompt given to me by the hiring manager. The proposal took me no longer than 2 hours to complete.

I was emailed by the recruiter who asked for availability for a phone screen. Once I had that screen with recruiter, I had another with the manager. Each lasted about 10-15 minutes. Then I was brought on site for in-person panel interview. This was five back-to-back interviews with a number of folks from the team.
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Emailed right away saying wanting to schedule phone interview. Took a few days to confirm, then was rescheduled 3 times, one of the times I was left waiting for over an hour - she didn't email me until a couple hours later, asking to reschedule again!! What a joke. Then once finally on the phone she was kinda rude. Said she would get back to me the very next day and never got back to me. I even emailed her twice to check the status.... Lost respect for Hulu after this horrible candidate experience.
