I first applied online and within 30 min, was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time to talk over the phone. This was the FIRST PHONE SCREEN. The call lasted 15 min. After I "passed" the phone screen, my information was passed over to the Day Porter Manager for a SECOND and final OFFICIAL PHONE SCREEN. This one lasted 30 minutes and went into more detail about the position than the first.
Finally, I was called in for an interview 2 days after for an IN PERSON INTERVIEW with three members of the "team" for about 2 hours total. The lady who i spoke to over the phone comes in to speak with me again about the position, which i believe makes this an UNOFFICIAL SCREENING. They each had an allotted period of time to talk with me. No question was out of the ordinary. Pretty much, why are you leaving your current job, why Hulu, what are your long term goals, etc.
At the end, I met up with the Recruiter again and she "guides" me to the elevators for me to leave. I ended up not getting the position because of a candidate who "simply had more experience", which is funny because I spent next to no time actually talking about the job experiences on my resume -_____-
