By far the worst interview experience I've ever had in my career. Interviewed with Hulu for 5 months, then finally received a generic 2 sentence email stating they were moving in another direction. On average it took roughly ~3-4 weeks between rounds to hear from the recruiter, who was very unresponsive in between rounds. Had multiple instances when the hiring managers / people interviewing me were late or no-shows for our interviews. Went onsite for a final round and had no agenda, no clue who I was meeting with, and got no tour of the office. When I asked for these things I was met with no response. The process was emotionally exhausting and a waste of time. I hope other candidates don't get treated with this much disrespect.
