The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hulu. First interview was a phone interview with the two hiring managers. Everyone was nice/young/smart overall - but I don't like this style
Four rounds of interviews, including recruiter, hiring manager, and other designers. Overall process took three to four weeks total. Emphasis from my interviewers on finding a good culture fit which was important to me as well.

Interview
The first screening call was efficiently set up (with a great online scheduler) and everything went really smoothly. However the next level interview has been extremely difficult to schedule with spotty communication and lots of cancellations over a three week period. Understanding that people get busy, but it gets a little demotivating after a while.
