Unfortunately this company just used me in the guise of doing an interview. They asked me to prepare a very detailed case study for which I have spend hours on and as it turns out - that real case study was about their REAL situation that they are in - while merging with Disney. So my work was about the integration plans from a HR/compensation perspective. I have laid out a fairly detailed plan that they can now use - and I have done that for free (because it was done as part of the interview process). So they basically got some free consulting out of me - free of charge. The interview was a guise for getting at some free consulting from industry experts who have been in this position. So future applicants be very careful - don't get used by this company.
