a few phone screeners, then one super day on-site (around 4-5 hours of interviews) No one was really that impressive to speak with, but it did seem like a fun place to work. They are behind in the space and it felt as if they were defensive of their practices. One of the interviewers was really aggressive as if they had something to prove (i work at a major competitor) After the interview, the hiring manager called me a few days later to say everyone loved me and that they'd be in touch the following week with either an offer or feedback. Weeks passed, no answer. I followed up with both the hiring manager and HR. Radio silence. Followed up a little bit after asking for feedback on how I interviewed. Radio silence. It's a small industry. Just saying.
