Process took over 5 weeks. The interviews were tough, but overall I got the impression that the employees were very content and successful in their roles. They asked thoughtful questions and expressed interest in my answers and showed interest in me as a person. First two interviews were over the phone. I then got called in for an in-person interview. The third round of interviews took around 3 hours. I met with three different individuals on the sales and adops teams. Final round of interviews was the following day (they wanted me to come back asap, which I believed was a good sign!). The last two interviews were with people on the direct team that I would be working with... an Account Executive, and a pricing manager. We got along very well, and I received an offer the next morning! Although this process was challenging and the role was incredibly competitive, I am pleased with how thorough it was, which is a testament to the company at large. The culture, the people, the product offerings, and the reputation are all a part of my final decision to accept the offer. And if I could do it over again, I would do it over in a heartbeat. In fact I would probably do it over 100x if I had to. Best job I could ever imagine! I love this place!!
