I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hulu (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
It's very long. You meet with 8-10 different people. Expect to be there for 2-3 hours. Everyone is very nice, but they want to know that you've done your homework.
First interview with recruiter, second interview with one employee, third interview with potential boss, then three final interviews with other employees in the company for a final screening, plus a written coverage assignment.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Hulu

*Employee referral sped interview process along.
First step - phone interview with recruiter. Difficulty level : easy
Second step - in office interview with 4 different individuals (previous CMO assistant, current CEO assistant, chief of staff that work closely with CMO) and last interview was with CMO. All asked same general interview questions. Difficulty level: difficult
Never got a follow-up email regarding their decision. Had to ask the employee who referred me if they filled the position which they did.
