I initially interviewed for a separate position within the marketing team and company but when my experience and salary didn’t line up I thought I was out of luck. Instead the recruiter informed me of another position that was opening up and thought I should apply for that instead. The interviews went well and I was really impressed that the company valued the experience I had and was willing to try to make it work with their openings. I interviewed via zoom and the process took about 2 weeks
