Wow - this company, although a winner with amazing UI and a huge cool factor, has chosen the wrong way to go about looking for talent. They outsource their recruiting to Decision Toolbox, an RPO firm, and I have to say that the lack of communication between the hiring managers and the RPO firm is telling. Why would someone be interviewed when they were already in the process of making an offer to another applicant? Also, why was I put on hold for 20 minutes during the middle of the interview and the recruiter didn't have the courtesy to even return my email after I had to hang up to take another call?
