Had a phone screen and a hiring manager screen before going for an on site. I did a case which was incredibly unclear and basically asked how you would do your job (I always find this very off putting. I am not going to give you a plan that you can implement without hiring me.) Unless you are INCREDIBLY enthusiastic about working there, don't bother wasting the time interviewing. They expected me to have a ton of questions about Hulu and then could hardly answer any of them. The recruiter was also not communicative at all in a borderline disrespectful way. I will definitely not be recommending the process to anyone in my network.

The recruiter was very efficient in getting time set up, letting me know who I'd speak with, and walking me through every step. The offer came through quickly and the recruiter did a great job explaining the details to me.
