Few days after I applied online, I got an email that my resume seemed interesting.
Then I was supposed to have a phone interview with an engineer, but I was out of the country, so I was given the 8-hour programming challenge instead. The 8-hour challenge was extremely engaging. It was an open-ended problem where one can use lots of creativity, design skills, and some algorithmic knowledge. The 8-hour challenge made me want to work for Hulu very badly. I am now waiting to hear the response. Wish me luck!
