Saw the posting online and applied immediately. Got a call from HR a few days later and had a 30-minute phone screen. The HR rep. was very respectful and asked a variety of questions. Most seemed to revolve around how I would fit into the "Hulugan" culture. Very little time was spent discussing my technical capabilities or business acumen, although she did mention that "we were very impressed with your resume." After the HR screen, I had another phone interview with the Marketing Automation Manager. This was a totally different experience altogether. Not only was she rude, the was condescending, did not have a solid grasp of her field, and constantly questioned line items on my resume. It was as if she was trying to justify her lack of skills by discounting mine.
