An internal recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn which led to an approx. 30min phone call discussing the position. Roughly a week later, I had a 45 minute conversation with the Hiring Manager discussing my background, skills, and a high level overview of their goals for the position. From there an onsite (Santa Monica HQ) interview was scheduled which lasted approx. 4 hours. They set me up in a small conference room for the day where I could leave personal belongings if necessary and had snacks/water readily available. I met individually with the Hiring Manager, 3 team members, Recruiter, and Recruiting Coordinator. This was not a confrontational style of interview, and they even gave me a tour of the office to show off their great work environment. One of the Interviewers took me to lunch (nice touch) followed by a short break before the last couple of interviews. They were prepared for the interview and were not just going through the motions. The interview was on a Thursday and I had an offer on the following Tuesday. Prior to sending the offer the Recruiter called me to go over it in detail and talk about the start date and next steps.
