A Hulu recruiter contacted me about the role. From there I did a phone screen with the recruiter and then did a phone interview with the hiring manager who then offered to bring me in to interview with the broader team. I met with six people over 4 hours, so it was intense. But the atmosphere was relaxed and casual. They all made an honest effort to get to know me and to discern if my experience and personality were suited to the role. At the conclusion of that in-person interview they laid out next steps and time frame. The head recruiter contacted me within that time frame to tell me they'd decided to go with another candidate. He was gracious and asked to stay in touch regarding other future opportunities. He even provided a bit of feedback as to why they made the decision they did, which in my experience is not something most companies are willing to do. This was definitely one of the better interview experiences I've been through.
