I had a referral for a TPM role. The scheduling of the screen call itself felt very disjointed. Recruiter rescheduled twice, including one 10 mns before the actual call the recruiter wanted to have with me, On the screen call itself, the recruiter stated that they had already moved forward with other internal candidates (understandable, it happens a lot) but mentioned another TPM opportunity for which he would move me to the interview loop. I never heard back, there was no follow-up.
