Negative experience from slow and unresponsive recruiter. 2-30mins phone interviews, on-site interview for 3 hours with 2 AEs, Head of Marketing, and CEO. Recruiter took days before confirming on-site. No response for request of status. Come to realize that the position was reposted with a different title. Perfectly fine with not receiving an offer, but it is common courtesy to inform your candidates whom invested their time for the on-site interview a honest status update.
