They got back to me fairly quick until after the onsite interview. Went through 4 rounds of interviews and after completing the onsite I haven't heard back since. I followed up with an email and never received a response either. They completed ghosted me. At least have the decency to send a rejection email or respond back to an email.

Other Analyst Interview Reviews for Human Interest
The good part about this process was that it was only a couple interviews and not a large investment of time. But for the main interview I had to do, it was multiple people on the call who clearly did not know how to conduct an interview. I was asked pretty generic questions about thought process/work style. It was honestly pretty uncomfortable to just watch two people stare at you while you're waiting for the person leading the call to finish note taking while you wait for the next question. I get that you want your teammate's input on who to hire, but if you're going to be on an interview at least put in a basic amount of preparation in and not just wing it/sit there silently without asking/answering a question with any real substance. I did not walk away from this interview feeling impressed by this team or organization as a result.

Question 1
how do you handle multiple high priority projects at once?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Human Interest (San Diego, CA) in May 2022
Interview
Way too lengthy, 5+ interviews, same questions asked multitude of times, nobody seemed like they wanted to be there, absolute waste of time.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere - if they are this bad before hire, they'll be worse post hire.
Also, most of the 5 star reviews are very obviously fake. The critical reviews seem to be the only legitimate ones.
