First call was with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and last a panel call with the executive leadership and a few other people within the department that I would be working in. Once that was completed, communication became silent. I reached out to the recruiter, but she did not respond back. Candidates take a lot of time to prepare for these interviews. I would ask Human Interest to take that into consideration. Candidates would appreciate a phone call stating that we aren’t a fit or even a rejection email, but to go completely radio silence shows what your culture will be like...no common courtesy! If a candidate has reached the panel portion of the interview, you have the time to let them know they were not selected. I dodged a real bullet, so for that thank you!
