I enjoyed their interview process. I have been searching for a while and their interview process has been the best so far. They were timely, honest, kind and true to their word. It was a pleasure to go through the process. I was referred to the company by an old co-worker. They submitted my application and by the next day, they were asking to schedule some time for an interview to meet with the recruiter. From there, I scheduled 3 other interviews with 4 people. The format of all the interviews was pretty standard and with people you'd actually be working with, in and outside of the department. I liked this because I got to see more people and determine if the company and culture were a good fit (and it was). The final interview was with the recruiter (not the hiring manager) to over the process, check-in and see if I had any other questions left.
