I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Human Interest in Nov 2021
Interview
I applied on October 13 and was contacted to set up an interview on November 3. I interviewed the following week.
Round 1 was a Zoom interview with Talent Acquistion to get a general understanding of what I’m looking for, salary requirements, why am I interested in the company, etc.
Round 2 was a Zoom interview with Finance Manager (whom the role reports to). This interview went more in depth into my skills, experience, and background.
Next they sent me an Excel test to complete a modeling exercise. It has vague instructions to develop a 12-month bookings forecast model. Make sure to ask the Finance Manager if you have questions. I made assumptions in the model and failed to meet their expectations.
Lastly, if you pass the excel test, you’ll move on to round 3 of interviews with the CFO and the other currently employed Financial Analysts.

Having someone get to the final stage of the interview and not having the decency to follow up with an offer or rejection is very telling.
