The interview process was seamless. It consisted of a phone screen with the recruiter, hiring manager interview, then the on-site interview panel: 1 with the director, and 2 others with stakeholders. All of them showed up to the interview on time and I was provided with timely updates from the recruiter and the coordinator. The questions were very practical and allowed the interviewers to gauge if I was a good fit for the team and role. Many of the questions were follow-up questions to the answers I provided, making it more conversational - which I preferred. All the interviewers were very personable and took the time to talk through what company and team goals were. Overall, it was a great experience everyone was enthusiastic about the company and it’s ultimate goals which is what sold me!
