I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Humana (Louisville, KY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Interview process went slowly. It does take a long time to get an interview to include the job offer. Starts with an Automated interview to see if you qualify to even talk to someone, then it goes to the recruiter. I had two phone calls with her. Next interview was the hiring manager along with the director. Three additional interviews with managers and directors from the team.
Screen interview was simple USE STAR method when approaching your experience. This allows them to see ur consultant background. I am still in the process if interviewing so would gladly update the org on my progress moving forward.
Initially I was reached out to via a text interview with simple questions to answer via text messages. All questions were simply one sentence questions. I was asked 4-5 questions and was not given a time frame or expiration time to answer the questions within.

Standard interview process. Applied online, and a few weeks to offer. No room for negotiation but pay was slightly less than market average. I accepted for the opportunity, and benefits that helped to offset pay.
