I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huntington Bank in Mar 2012
Interview
My initial phone interview was very typical. I was asked questions about my selling ability, how I was able to cross sell products, instances where I dealt with happy and unhappy customers, how I was able to resolve customer service issues, whether I was able to turn that into a sale, what my salary expectations were and if I was asked to do something morally questionable how I would react to that. The one on one interview was short (around a half an hour, less than 40 minutes) but the same types of questions about my past, what I liked about the position I was applying for and what my attitudes toward the industry were.
