First you have to pass a online behavioral test. Then you have to do a 30 minute online interview where you respond to questions from a screen (no interviewer involved). After that I got a call and had a interview with the district manager.

Why would you like to work for Huntington? Why do you think you are fit for this job?
Standard video interview. Interviewee was not prepared due to external factors, overall I felt unheard and confused. It came across of very unprofessional, did not even know what position I was applying for or what location.

Interview
Virtual interview during the COVID period that consisted of two phone interviews. First call happened on a Monday afternoon followed by a second round of interviews the following week.
Mostly phone since covid 19. Did 3 phone calls, one higher view, and one online assessment. Online assessment was one part logic and one part personality test. Really nice interviewers.
