Standard video interview. Interviewee was not prepared due to external factors, overall I felt unheard and confused. It came across of very unprofessional, did not even know what position I was applying for or what location.

Virtual interview during the COVID period that consisted of two phone interviews. First call happened on a Monday afternoon followed by a second round of interviews the following week.
Mostly phone since covid 19. Did 3 phone calls, one higher view, and one online assessment. Online assessment was one part logic and one part personality test. Really nice interviewers.
