Resume and then VIDEO interview it was as simple as that. Didn't get any contact after the first video interview. Just tell them what they want to hear and what they expect from a plain vanilla community relationship banker - plain vanilla bank product sales person.

tell me about yourself, what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, why would you be a good fit, why do you want to work at huntington, is there anything else you'd like to tell us about yourself, Tell us about a personal achievement, Tell us how you solved a problem.
Standard video interview. Interviewee was not prepared due to external factors, overall I felt unheard and confused. It came across of very unprofessional, did not even know what position I was applying for or what location.

Virtual interview during the COVID period that consisted of two phone interviews. First call happened on a Monday afternoon followed by a second round of interviews the following week.
Mostly phone since covid 19. Did 3 phone calls, one higher view, and one online assessment. Online assessment was one part logic and one part personality test. Really nice interviewers.
