Interview
The interview process included a 30 min. interview with 3 different people from various levels of the organization. This provided insight from colleagues as well as management on the job function, structure and culture of the organization. In addition to gaining an overview of direct responsibilities there was an opportunity to speak with cross functional peers to ensure personalities and skill set would match beyond the team.

Very straightforward. I was contacted by HR for a phone interview. After the phone interview I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. I did not receive an offer but the HR contact informed me that the hiring manager had recommended me to a different department that was more directly relevant to my experience.

Okay, not great. Could have been conducted quicker as it lasted weeks. Asked pretty typical questions and seemed very corporate. Overall, the interview process was average and could have been better/more efficient.
