I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huntington Bank in Oct 2021
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who arranged for me to take an online skills assessment. After scoring well, I was informed that I had a 30-minute one-on-one interview over Microsoft Teams with a manager. He described the company and job duties, inquired about my background, and asked me several basic questions about A/B testing.

How would you conduct an A/B test for this generic sales scenario with a large sample size and what would you do if the data were skewed?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Huntington Bank (Columbus, OH)
Interview
I would never consider working for Huntington Bank or banking with this bank ever again. This company is very disrespectful of people as individuals and of their time. I applied online and contacted for a phone screen which went well. Then I was scheduled for an in-person interview. I was asked for available times at the end of a week. I replied within hours and gave my available times for the following week. I was not contacted until one week later. Therefore, the week I was supposed to interview in had already passed and I was contacted at the end of the week saying, sorry - they are booked. My in-person interview was not until three weeks after my phone interview. Consequently, I had a bad feeling about this company from the get-go. I attended the in-person interview. I had a total of five people to interview with. I first interviewed with the hiring manager and I believe that went well. However, he stood for my entire interview, stating that he had back problems. Strange. I am a woman and perhaps he was trying to dominate me. Not sure. Next, I interviewed with his manager. I could tell from the beginning that this person was not interested in anything I had to offer. He was clicking his pen like a child the entire time I was speaking. Then he said after not much time had gone by, I don’t have what he’s looking for and was escorted out. I did not have the opportunity to speak with the three other persons I was scheduled to interview with. Very unprofessional. This man was very disrespectful, impetuous and rude. I am very well qualified for the position per the posting requirements on the job description. In addition. I have significant experience and education as well [two technical degrees]. However, praise Jesus that I will not be working with these types of people. I feel as if I was brought into the interview so Huntington could check off their Affirmative Action checkbox that they interviewed a woman. I have never had a worse interview. Please be aware, I interviewed for this position quite some time ago and they have re-posted it numerous times since. I would avoid applying to Huntington Bank at all costs and seek opportunities where you may be more valued as a person.
