I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Huntington Bank (Youngstown, OH) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter two days later which was a basic phone interview. They went over every part of my resume and asked basic, open-end customer service and sales questions. Also asked about future goals and why I wanted to join huntington. After the interview I was set up with a face to face interview with a branch manager. The recruiter did an amazing job to make sure I was prepared for the interview. The face to face interview lasted roughly an hour and a half and was primarily based on sales as well as customer service. Role playing is a must. After the interview I had to take a quick personality test. I was then told I would be contacted within a week for next steps. I received a phone call four hours later to come back and do shadowing in the aisles of giant eagle (had to talk to people shopping) as well shadowing a teller. After this we discussed pay and benefits. I received a contingent job offer 2 days later and had to submit for a background check and drug test which took less than a week.

How do I handle difficult situations with customers
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Huntington Bank
Interview
Online recorded interview , followed by a phone screening then an interview with a community manager and branch manager. Timely process with a lot of run around. They make you wait weeks, and tell you each week they’ll have an answer the following and never happens. Then, you’ll get a generic email starting you didn’t get the job. The recruiter doesn’t even have the decency to reach back out to tell you that.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Huntington Bank (Cincinnati, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
The manager was extremely nice and professional. I can’t say all the managers are as good as mine was. They will usually be one on one and they don’t involve higher up management.
