STAR method of questions and both the recruiter and hiring manager were fantastic in asking open ended questions and allowing you to time to answer and sell yourself as to why you're the best candidate. The process has me believing the culture is fantastic there.

First spoke with the talent acquisition team that I had a brief interview with. Got a follow up email that I’d have a webcam interview with the area manager, interview went very however it was strange he kept his camera off the entire time. I was next emailed to see my availability with the gentleman I was first interviewed with and his boss. His bosses flight was delayed an hour and he was 45 mins late to our interview. After about 15 minutes he says “I have to stay on schedule with the other two candidates”. Then shown the door. I didn’t expect an offer after I was hush out of the door and received a rejection email one week later no call.
