When you do go to the next interview you're usually wasting your time with a 30 minute interview and a slight job shadow to get your hopes up and then they ghost you and your application status on the portal doesnt change until an ai bot automatically rejects you and deletes your application.
Started with a phone interview by HR, followed by an in-person interview in the branch. It was not difficult, and the whole process from application to offer took about two weeks.
