I interviewed with the benefits and payroll manager, an individual who is managing both departments, which took an hour. Then, I did a round table interview with 3 payroll team members. The job was to help them reconcile, audit and fix their subpar implementation of Kronos payroll. Yes, they tried to implement Kronos payroll...no, I'm not referring to WFC.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend working or even attempt to interview for this institution. After spending two hours interviewing, I was promised a call back in two weeks. I understand that people get busy and things fall through the cracks, and you might not get a timely call back. I sent them one email two weeks after the interview, and I get no response. A week after my email, I left a voicemail. And now 8/14/2015 and no reply to my inquiries. I do not pester people, so I will not contact them again.
Thus, I don't mind if the position is closed or a better candidate was selected, but at the very least, just out of professional etiquette and courtesy, they can email me an automated message stating the position is no longer available. The benefits and payroll manager kept lauding the fact that Huntington Hospital is "employee centric", etc. After seeing how they treat potential candidates and interviewees, I beg to differ. This institution lacks candor, professionalism and legitimacy.
